Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Customer Service
Management Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Technical implementation of ServiceNow CSM module, ensuring
alignment with business requirements and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure
the CSM module
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and conduct testing
phases
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including CSM
module implementation
Strong project management skills with experience leading
projects
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data security
Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript
Familiarity with agile methodologies
