Access Management Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Access Management Analyst responsible for managing client system access and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Set up new users on remote systems and troubleshoot access-related technical issues
Lead quarterly access audits and decommission access for terminated users
Assist in developing and implementing improvements to the Access Management process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT helpdesk/service desk position
Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare preferred
Knowledge of Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, and remote environments
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems preferred
