A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time
and within budget
Coordinate with various teams and vendors, managing schedules and
financial reporting
Facilitate the transition from construction to operations, ensuring
all requirements are met for project turnover
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or
a related field
2-4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Proven track record of successfully completed projects in
commercial real estate
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building
codes
