Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Academic Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a quality assurance team to ensure compliance with
content and curriculum standards
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and checklists
for quality assurance reviews
Manage Academic Excellence projects and processes while supporting
the Dean in various initiatives
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field
3-5 years of management or supervisory experience
3-5 years of customer service experience in a highly visible
environment
Experience leading a team in quality assurance or copyediting
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and technology to enhance work
efforts
