Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations Process and Governance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes
Implement and optimize enterprise-wide working rhythms and marketing operations intake processes
Develop training programs and resources to educate teams on new processes and technologies

Required Qualifications

Proven track record in B2C/B2B marketing operations or strategy
Strong leadership experience in cross-functional collaboration
Experience in change management and process optimization
Ability to manage relationships with external service providers and vendors
Experience in performance measurement and risk management
