Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Node Operations to
ensure the reliability and scalability of the Node Operators
ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Own the success of the Node Operator Community as they scale to
support expanding crypto and banking products
Define and validate the node scaling strategy to meet global demand
for Chainlink network services
Lead the development of tools and processes for secure and reliable
NOP configuration updates
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of
defining and executing impactful strategies
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing diverse
stakeholder needs
Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, including
validators and node operations
Familiarity with blockchain or financial markets and
platform/infrastructure products
Experience managing a community of external contributors and
improving their user experience
