Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to
leverage CRM software for consumer engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of digital assets and coordinate CRM
development schedules
Ensure secure and compliant data flow while addressing technical
aspects of programs
Identify opportunities for program improvement through analytics
and testing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of applicable experience
Experience with CRM products for email and SMS messaging in user
journeys
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced
environment
Experience navigating compliance issues and program approvals with
clients
