Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Operations Manager
to lead a digital engagement team and strategy aimed at improving
client and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support the Digital Engagement team, fostering a positive
and inclusive environment
Manage vendor and product relationships to ensure effective
communication and issue resolution
Develop and execute digital adoption strategies to enhance user
engagement and boost product adoption
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Customer Success or Customer Experience program
implementation and management experience
3+ years of people management experience in a customer
service-focused organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience utilizing, configuring, and optimizing
Pendo within a SaaS company
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and create
actionable strategies
