Job Description:
A company is looking for an Art Manager to lead and coordinate
creative talent in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a high-functioning team of creative artists,
coordinating workloads and aiding in their professional
development
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and
external teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and
deliverables
Develop and maintain documentation for art pipelines and provide
feedback to both internal artists and external partners
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in AAA game development
Proven leadership skills with a track record of growing a creative
department
Experience in building strong communication channels with internal
and external teams
Ability to solve complex asset pipeline issues in collaboration
with technical artists and engineers
Experience in recruiting and identifying talent for mid-level to
senior artist positions
