A company is looking for an IT Director to lead product
development and drive organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and share a clear technology vision for products aligned
with market needs and business goals
Build and lead high-performing software development teams,
fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure
alignment across the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in information technology
5+ years of experience in a director's role overseeing product
development
Wide technical knowledge with both back and frontend
technologies
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile, or Change Management are a
plus
