Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement impactful customer lifecycle campaigns
Optimize customer journeys through experimentation and data
analysis
Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution, including
performance analysis
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or customer marketing
in a global B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of market segmentation and campaign
automation
Proven track record of launching successful lifecycle programs
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
Experience with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional
collaboration
