Job Description:
Assist the Lead Chef in delivering the Executive Chef's vision
and goals, maintaining cleanliness, proper sanitation, and safety.
Prepare all dishes according to 24 Carrots' standards. Must have
weekends open, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel
between Los Angeles and Orange County. A California Food Handler's
card is required. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret
banquet event orders, and breakdown sheets, is essential. Good
communication and organizational skills are required. The employee
must be able to work well under pressure, be self-motivated, and
take initiative. They must also be able to work in a collaborative
environment with co-workers from diverse culinary backgrounds. A
current California Food Handler's card is required within 30 days
of hire.
