Job Description:

A company is looking for a BHL Crisis Counselor, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with individuals over the phone, providing support for emotional distress or mental health challenges
Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation and providing resources
Develop safety plans and coping strategies, intervening during emergencies as necessary

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral healthcare field
Experience in crisis support or similar roles is highly valued
Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace
