Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst
(Remote Eligible).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and workshops with customers to understand and
document their needs
Translate customer requirements into detailed user stories and
acceptance criteria for the development team
Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are met and
assist in troubleshooting application issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of
relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Ability to translate business requirements into technical
requirements and user stories
Experience analyzing business systems and processes to identify
user needs and document requirements
Strong presentation, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and
influencing skills
