Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voluntary Benefit Claims Manager to
manage a caseload of voluntary benefit claims and ensure service
excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of voluntary benefit claims, ensuring accurate
and timely decisions
Conduct thorough investigations to determine eligibility and
financial accuracy of claims
Collaborate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to
gather necessary information for claims processing
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree or equivalent
work experience preferred
2+ years of Group Benefits experience strongly preferred
Experience administering any Group Benefits claims product
preferred
Proficiency with MS Office applications required
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills necessary for claims
analysis
