A company is looking for a Broker Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate smooth customer transitions and inspire confidence in
products and services
Act as the relationship lead for customers, managing plan data and
the annual renewal process
Provide strategic advice to brokers and clients, while managing
potential escalations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a fast-growing environment in the health
or benefits space
Understanding of health plan operations and finances is a plus
Licensed broker or willingness to obtain a broker license within 6
months
Values-oriented with a passion for improving the healthcare
system
Ability to foster trust and maintain a culture of continuous
learning
